Born and raised in Kentucky, Scott graduated from the University of Kentucky in beautiful Lexington. He has now been a resident of Park City since 2006. He met his wife in Park City and together they have skied, hiked, biked, camped, and ran rivers throughout Utah and much of the West. They welcomed their first baby and Summit County’s first-born on January 1, 2023. Scott has spent more than two decades in business development, sales, and marketing for several different industries including real estate, the outdoor industry, medical sales, and helping to build a successful multi-million-dollar construction management company. Scott is an accomplished custom home builder, remodeler, and building consultant with experience in home inspections, radon mitigation and as a general contractor. He spent several years building and remodeling homes, immaculate horse barns, and guard houses on some of the most prestigious thoroughbred farms of Kentucky. Scott was also a top salesperson at Red Ledges in Heber City Utah helping families find the perfect homesite. There’s a saying in Park City: winter is what brings you here, but summer is what keeps you. Scott moved here to ski, but his favorite time of year is summer - going to bluegrass festivals, riding the seemingly unlimited miles of single track on his mountain bike, camping in the desert, or spending time sailing on the beautiful lakes and reservoirs of Utah. Scott is enthusiastic about sharing his love of the mountain life in the Park City area with his clients and providing them with unparalleled services in locating their perfect place to call home.
