Spencer Delava was born in Los Angeles, California but is no stranger to the mountains. He's been coming to Park City since 2002, and thus the area has become a second home to him. His father has been working in real estate both in Park City and Los Angeles since Spencer was a baby, having over 40 years of experience. Spencer has always been surrounded by this industry and wasted no time becoming an active member of the local luxury real estate community. Spencer was drawn to live and work in the Park City area upon completing his undergraduate degree due to his familiarity with the area as well as a passion for the town. Spencer graduated with a degree in real estate and a minor in business ethics and legal studies from the University of Denver in only 3 years. Spencer wasted no time acclimating to the lifestyle and networking within Park City. Because of his social skills and work ethic, Spencer landed a job at Summit Sothebys, becoming one of the youngest agents at Sotheby’s as well as all of Utah. Spencer is incredibly data-driven and uses the data he compiles to help analyze the market as well as make informed decisions to help best advise his clients. He knows the Park City market well due to constantly engaging with new developments and keeping up with the latest happenings in each subdivision throughout Park City. One thing that drew Spencer to Park City was the lifestyle and activities possible. He began snowmobiling when he was 5 years old and never stopped. He often snowmobiles during the winter season and enjoys exploring the beautiful mountains of Utah every chance he gets. In addition, he skis and snowboards the beautiful terrain that Park City and the surrounding areas have to offer. Park City also has plenty of summer activities to offer. Spencer mainly enjoys hiking and golfing amid the stunning mountain courses of Utah. He played varsity golf all 4 years of high school and continued to compete while in his undergrad at the University of Denver.
