Located just south of Old Town, Lower Deer Valley encompasses the area leading to the base of Deer Valley Resort, past Park City's former Red Light District, to an area primarily comprised of condominiums with some luxury single-family home communities boasting 270-degree views of the ski area, Park City Mountain Resort and Park Meadows to the north. The St. Regis Deer Valley Resort & Residences, though officially located in Wasatch County, can be accessed via funicular from Lower Deer Valley at the base of the resort. Residents of Lower Deer Valley can walk or take a short ride on Park City's free transit system to the resort's Snow Park Lodge for skiing, mountain biking and concerts featuring internationally renowned performers, the Utah Symphony and local musicians multiple nights each week throughout the summer. Park City is home to year-round outdoor activities, shopping, dining and nightlife. It's a 40 minute drive to the Salt Lake International Airport
