Knoll at Silver Lake/Knoll Estates is one of the few gated communities in Upper Deer Valley. It is located behind the Chateaux at Silver Lake and is a small four-unit townhome development. Residences range from 4,830 to 10,000 square feet in size and anywhere from four to eight bedrooms. The “Knolls” are not ski-in/ski-out properties but access to the Deer Valley ski lifts is within walking distance as are the dining and shopping opportunities of Silver Lake Village. Properties for sale in the Knolls do not happen often so if you are lucky enough to see one you may want to seriously consider it. Take short drive to Historic Main Street in Old Town and enjoy the gourmet restaurants, and boutique shopping, stroll the art galleries and take in the fun nightlife.
